“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well maintained. It was also wonderfully quiet, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. The complimentary continental breakfast was the perfect way to start each morning, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The location couldn't have been better—there were plenty of restaurants……

“Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The first room was dirty, with hair in the bathtub. We had to switch rooms, but the second room was also dirty. We had to wait awhile for someone to come clean it. We spent nearly two hours dealing with staff and changing rooms, which meant losing almost two hours of pool time with my son. We were simply trying to enjoy our last night in Houston, spend some time at the pool, and attend an Astros game before flying home. We had……

“The room and the facilities are old, even the bathroom is not very clean and the internet is not working well. The breakfast was very simple. I thought it isn’t a good place to live if you don’t play golf.”
